Using Our Store

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only and to provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Pricing & Payment

All prices on our website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. See our Payment Policy for more detail.

Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Australia Time (ACST), Monday to Friday, are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after this cut-off, or on a day we are closed, are processed on the next available business day.

Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only. Orders are shipped via Australia Post, though the carrier used may vary depending on the shipment and delivery destination, and additional carriers may be used in future. Estimated delivery is 4–9 business days from the time your order is placed, made up of 1–2 business days of order processing plus 3–7 business days of carrier transit time. International shipping is not currently offered; this policy will be updated if that changes. Returns & Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, with no restocking fee. We do not currently offer exchanges — if you would like a different size or item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Full details are available on our Return & Refund Policy page.

Product Descriptions

We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately, including colour, fabric, and fit. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing differences, and these are not considered faults.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Clothing Hub is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
